These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you will support multiple clients by maintaining and enhancing integrations, interfaces, and reporting solutions across Oracle Cloud applications. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, securing technical stability, and delivering timely resolutions to client service requests.

Responsibilities

- Maintain technical stability across Oracle Cloud applications

- Monitor and improve reporting solutions for accuracy

- Work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs

- Maintain exceptional standards of quality in service delivery

- Adapt to a fast-paced, multi-client environment

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology preferred

- Oracle Cloud Technical Certification (Integration Specialist, Reporting, or Developer) preferred

- Providing technical support for Oracle Cloud integrations

- Analyzing and resolving data integration issues

- Configuring and maintaining technical components in Oracle Integration Cloud

- Creating and enhancing custom reports and dashboards

- Understanding ITIL processes and ticketing systems

- Supporting clients in various industries

- Maintaining technical documentation for integrations and reports

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
