**Cable Assembler - Aerospace Manufacturing (1st & 2nd Shifts)-Poway** **Location:** Poway, California **Pay:** $25.96/hr (1st Shift) | $27.26/hr (2nd Shift) **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble and wire cables following detailed instructions and blueprints + Perform hand soldering, crimping, and component installation + Use tools like wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and heat guns + Label and inspect assemblies to meet quality standards + Follow safety and compliance procedures at all times **Requirements:** + 3+ years of experience in cable assembly and harnessing + Skilled in soldering, crimping, and reading schematics or wire lists + Comfortable using manual and automated tools + Strong attention to detail and color recognition + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to work independently or as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications:** + IPC/WHMA-A620 certification + Familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles + Basic computer skills and English communication **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
