Position Overview:We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to help our sales and recruiting teams stay focused by scheduling high-quality calls with potential clients and candidates. You'll be the first point of contact, representing Elevate with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule discovery calls or interviews
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up via phone, text, or email
Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, notes, and follow-up details
Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
Work closely with the sales/recruiting team to understand lead priorities and targets
Provide a positive first impression and represent the Elevate brand consistently
1+ years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or recruiting support
Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and professional phone presence
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
Organized and tech-savvy, experience using CRMs, calendars, and online tools
Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Experience in healthcare or staffing a plus, but not required
