Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day onsite construction operations for tenant improvement projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
  • Enforce adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Conduct site inspections for code compliance and workmanship
  • Track and manage materials, labor, and equipment usage
  • Communicate proactively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Maintain complete job site documentation: daily logs, RFIs, change orders, punch lists
  • Promote a safe jobsite culture by enforcing OSHA and company safety protocols
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve jobsite issues efficiently

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant improvement
  • Prior experience with general contractors is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple TI projects from start to finish
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and jobsite operations
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or similar construction management software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

Benefits

  • Salary: $105,000-$125,000 based on experience
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 12.5% of annual base salary based on job performance and company profitability; distributed semi-annually (6/30 and 12/31)
  • Vacation Stipend: $2,500 vacation bonus after 6 months and submission of qualified receipts
  • 401(k): Employer safe harbor contribution of 3% with employee deferral option
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employee coverage (effective first of the month after start)
  • Life & Disability Insurance:
    • Group Life/AD&D: 2x annual earnings (up to $450,000)
    • Voluntary Life/AD&D options for employee, spouse, and children
    • Long-Term Disability: 60% salary/bonus, up to $6,500/month
    • Individual Disability for earnings $130k+: additional $5,500/month benefit
  • Time Off:
    • Three weeks (120 hours) vacation annually, accrued semi-monthly
    • 50 hours paid sick leave annually
    • Cell Phone Allowance: $120/month
