The position is focused primarily on scientific support services within Unity Lab Services core offerings of: Stockroom and point-of-use inventory management, sourcing and order management, dock management, and laboratory support services. **A Day in the Life:** + Make on-site program replenishments and disbursements. Perform stockroom duties to include: receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements. + Analyze, maintain, and reconcile various reports to ensure contractual requirements are met. + Proactively connect with the supervisor regarding any customer concerns and/or potential problems. + Effectively address customer concerns within established resolution timeframes. + Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management. **Keys to Success:** **Education** + High school diploma or equivalent required. **Experience** + 1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred. + Experience in customer service or warehouse operations is a plus. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a desire to deliver excellent customer service. + Interpersonal efficiency and rapport building. + Ability to independently operate handheld scanners to enter data and reconcile reports. + Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. + Organizational skills to multi-task and meet due dates. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** + Works primarily at customer sites, which may require independent work. + Depending on the area of the building, personal protective equipment may be worn, including lab coats, safety glasses, safety gloves, and safety shoes. + Ability to operate equipment such as pushcarts and pallet jacks to push or pull loads of up to 100 lbs safely and efficiently. + Ability to work overtime, as needed. **This position does not offer relocation benefits.** **Benefits:** We offer competitive remuneration, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
