One of our business, Ghia Farms, is looking for Operations Manager who will lead the Sales and Operation Department as below detail:
Managing all of department's including sales, operations, and support
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Increase the operational efficiency, communication, consistency and profitability in all departments
Stay updated on industry developments and changes to adapt business strategies accordingly
