Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

• Cultivate a "safety-first" culture by ensuring all safety mechanisms, including drop bars and safety switches, are operational.
• Pursue maximum machine uptime and minimize downtime effectively.
• Set molds, initiate and troubleshoot processes adhering to setup sheets.
• Skilfully document process parameters to master setup sheets, ensuring conformity to specifications.
• Resolve part deficits through precise adjustments.
• Engage proactively with quality and operator queries about parts and processes.

Your Tool Kit:

• Proficient with materials such as Nylon 6.
• Experience in plastic extrusion and the injection molding process.
• Mastery in Tool/Die/Mold setups.

Work with technologies like Injection Molding Machines, Conveyor Systems, and Forklifts.
