Key Responsibilities: Personally make calls and book services. Establish, lead, train, and motivate a telemarketing team to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns Oversee ongoing training of telemarketing staff Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, IT, etc.) and external vendors as needed. Address customer escalations and resolve issues promptly. Continuously review and improve call center processes and sales incentives. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in telemarketing and call center management. Proven track record of people leadership and achieving sales goals. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Experience in the trades and consumer phone sales preferred.
