Each full-time customer service representative is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, in doing so, his/her actions would contribute to the profitability of the store. We have 2 openings currently. One in Norcross and one in Atlanta. Responsibilities: Deliver the best service promptly with a welcoming attitude Develop site and product knowledge in order to provide superior guest experiences Manage financial transactions and manage cash registers to exact totals Provide a fresh and inviting product offering to guests by keeping coolers, store shelves, beverage areas and displays clean, fronted and well stocked Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for guests and employees including the outside area Clean floors, shelves, counters, beverage distribution areas, bathrooms, petroleum distribution areas and all on-site areas where guests and/or employees have access Observe operating hours and shift assignments Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager or Owner
