Luhv Factory & Vegan Bistro in Hatboro, PA is looking for one food prep to join our 11-person strong team. We are located on 1020 Industrial Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

$14 an hour 

7am-5pm (flexible)- Can be up to 35 hours a week 

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Handle vegan ingredients and prepare them for processing.
• Measure, mix, and combine ingredients following specified recipes or formulas.
• Operate equipment such as slicers, grinders, or blenders for food preparation.

Production Tasks

• Monitor and control food processing machinery during operations.
• Assemble food products on production lines, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
• Pack and label finished goods for distribution.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Report any irregularities or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Hygiene and Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment.
• Follow food safety protocols and workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Wear kitchen safe clothing, hair net, gloves, closed toe shoes, etc.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other team members to meet production deadlines.
• Assist in other areas as needed to support overall production goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation, manufacturing, or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up about 25-50 pounds as needed.

Work Environment

• Temperature-controlled environment (cold or hot depending on product type).
• Fast-paced, team-oriented workspace.
