We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant (Full-Time, In-Person | Austin, TX)

Do you love organizing, anticipating needs, and keeping things running seamlessly? We’re looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to support our CEO so he can stay focused on high-impact, strategic work.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and gets energy from helping others succeed.
What You’ll Do
Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, meetings, and travel.
Prioritize tasks and communications to keep him focused on key decisions.
Support with personal tasks to free up time for business growth.
Handle office operations, resources, and supplies to keep things running smoothly.
Oversee budgets for travel and operations, driving efficiency and cost savings.
Assist with reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
Build out our presence in Austin—help us grow our reputation as one of the fastest-growing companies and best places to work.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience.
Based in the Austin metro area (this is an in-person, 5 days/week role at our West Lake Hills office).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded.
Excellent communicator with strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
Self-sufficient, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Are obsessed with process-driven solutions.
Have experience with Slack, Asana, HubSpot.
Enjoy juggling multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.

Compensation: $45,000 – $70,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
