We are looking for someone with good mechanical ability. This is not a full time position. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research. **Key Role** : + Work in a team environment and able to take instruction from a more senior technician. + Must be able to perform different assignments all throughout the day. + Basic knowledge of building construction and components (HVAC, drywall, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and landscaping). + Receive daily instructions and provide feedback and complete work with minimal supervision. + Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment + Will be required to work overtime and or work different shifts with little notice + Must place Safety of self and others ahead of everything else. All support must be well thought out, with safety in mind, before started. + Must have great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of jobs and understand deadlines. + Must have ability to work to a well-defined schedule and quickly communicate any deviations. + The ability to read a blueprint is preferred. + Must know about and be able to use basic hand tools. + Will be required to work Overtime or support different work shifts with little to no notice. + Will be required to work in the Mojave Desert.
