Pay Range: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00, Annual
Pay Transparency The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.
The Compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience,
Responsibilities In this role primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation, presentation and monitoring of the annual operating budget revenues and expenses
- Supervise the DSS reporting system
- Preparation, submission and assist the auditing of the annual Medicare Medicaid Cost Report
- Research Federal reimbursement issues as needed
- Preparation, submission and assist the auditing of the annual NJ State Chapter 83 SHARE Cost Report
- Monitor NJ State reimbursement issues including subsidies
- Produce monthly statistical reports and monitor statistics on a regular basis
- Review and evaluate employee and agency requisitions
- Strata training and management of the hospitals budget system
- Partnering with the grant financial personnel to facilitate oversite of the hospital's grants and preparation of the OMB Circular A-133 reporting schedule
Education Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required
Masters preferred
CPA Certification preferred
Qualifications 5 to 7 years in a financial role
